The points and the performance against Blackburn alleviated pressure on Roy Hodgson last weekend but one win is not a cure-all. A trip to Bolton, unbeaten in four league games at home this season, represents a truer test of Liverpool's improvement. The visitors have won just one of their last 13 away league games while Hodgson's individual record is even worse. He has not presided over a league win away from home since Fulham beat Portsmouth on the opening day of last season.
